  • Zelda: A Link Between Worlds 4K Texture Pack | Henriko Magnifico

The beautiful and faithful texture pack for Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - in up to glorious 4K resolution! Hello! This is the info page for my AlbW 4K texture pack project! Some general info regarding this texture project which you should read before you download it: (The download link is at the bottom of this page!) So far, several hundred textures have been completely re-textured, including all text and the user interface. I am completely up for suggestions, changes and submissions. You will of course be fully credited for any work you submit. The 4K version of the texture pack is scaled to 8x the default resolution. The 1080p version is scaled to 4x the default resolution. My goal with this texture pack is to enhance the original game visuals while staying faithful to the original vision . That means my textures are meant to blend in as much as possible with the old textures so the game feel doesn't change. This texture pack will work with any custom mods / hacks of AlbW as long as they aren't adding new textures or changing old ones (in that case, conflicting textures will be overwritten by one another but it will still work) Currently, only NTCS and PAL textures have been modified . You can still use this texture pack on Japanense / Korean versions of the game in Citra, it will still work. This will not include the Jap/Kor region specific textures though. If you don't like the way my texture pack looks over the original version, please note that all post processing can be modified easily from user to user to fit your own preference, you can make it look however you like . Press the "HOME" key on your keyboard while in-game to open the ReShade menu, where you can edit the post processing to your heart's content! Feel free to join my Discord server for updates on all my texture packs! Screenshots Want to help contribute to these projects? If so, thank you! Myself and lots of people would greatly appreciate your help making these projects shine even brighter. All contributed work will of course be credited, however not all submited textures might be included in the texture pack if they're not deemed a suitable fit for any reason. The most important thing is that textures are faithful to the original art style, and that they contain no copyrighted or otherwise illegal content before being distributed. Here are some specific core areas which are currently especially important in regards to contributed work; UI icons and character portraits Posters and signs (in-game, that is) Minor texture tweaks (mistake or spelling corrections, for example) Hand painted textures (any category, as long as it stays relatively faithful to the original art style) High-quality, royalty free environment textures or material textures (PBR or otherwise) without watermarks. High quality 3D models or renders of characters, environments or items from the game. UI and text translations (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese. Note: This requires substantial texture editing experience, and is not a simple text translation task ) Download (v2.0a) Setup Guide & F.A.Q

Fan Projects Windows ZeldaPC An enhanced experimental version of the original The Legend of Zelda built from the ground up using mostly the same in-game assets and level design. It offers quite a few interesting features and mechanics exclusive to this version like enhanced lighting, object shadows, 1080p resolution, a seamless open world without screen-transitions in the overworld and a 16:9 widescreen format for modern screens. I've also added some features just for fun, like flammable grass and cuttable trees! (similar to that Breath of the Wild 2D prototype) For more information and a download link to the demo, visit this page! Windows EarthBound: Reborn A small preview of my Earthbound "remake" or whatever you want to call it. The goal of this project is to learn and to implement an improved* battle system. Textures, music, story and pretty much all else will remain the same as the original. However, as the game was rebuilt from scratch, I've of course made quite a few changes from the original game. Check out the video showcases here!

  • Zelda: The Wind Waker 4K Texture Pack | Henriko Magnifico

Hey! This is the info page for my WW 4K texture pack project! Some general info regarding this texture project which you should read before you download it: (The download link is at the bottom of this page!) In its current state, the texture pack includes over 500 unique textures, remade from the ground up. They cover most of the main islands, main characters and the whole user interface, but some locations such as many interiors, smallers islands or dungeons are not yet fully covered. This project is 100% fan-made and non-commercial. Although, please refrain from distributing it outside of this website if possible and link to this page instead. Thanks! The end goal is to remake every single texture from scratch. Right now we're about 80% there, but there's still more to go. The 4K version of the texture pack is scaled to 8x the default resolution (some textures are as large as 4096x4096). The 1080p version is scaled to 4x the default resolution (4096x4096 textures become 2048x2048 etc.) My goal with this texture pack is to enhance the original game visuals while staying faithful to the original vision . That means my textures are meant to blend in as much as possible with the old textures style so the game feel doesn't change, whilst still retaining an extremely high quality with lots of detail. This texture pack is for the GC version of WW only. This texture pack will work with any custom mods / hacks of WW as long as they aren't adding new textures or changing old ones (in which case conflicting textures will be overwritten by one another, but it will still work). It will work with the randomizer, for example. Ishiiruka-Dolphin is required for material maps, custom shaders and other nice visual features to work and is generally recommended over regular Dolphin in many cases. There is a pre-configured version of Ishiiruka Dolphin inside the texture pack download ready to-go which you can use, or alternatively download the latest version of Ishiiruka-Dolphin (version 1142). So far only Global, NTCS and PAL textures have been modified. You can still use this texture pack on Japanense / Korean versions of the game, it will still work. This will not include all the Jap/Kor region specific textures though. Please note that all post processing can be modified easily from user to user to fit your own preference , you can make it look however you like from the "Post-Processing" tab in the Graphics Settings (if you're using the Post-Processing Edition of Dolphin / Ishiiruka Dolphin). I am completely up for suggestions, changes and submissions. You will of course be fully credited for any work you submit. If you are having issues with stuttering and lag, remember to check "Prefetch Custom Textures" in the 'Advanced' tab of the Graphics settings before asking for help. The first thing I always recommend is that you try reducing internal resolution somewhat, as well as reduce or disable anti aliasing altogether in the Dolphin Graphics Settings. Higher resolutions are very resource intensive in Dolphin, so please keep that in mind. I also recommend enabling V-Sync as it removes screen tearing in full screen mode. Feel free to join my Discord server for updates on all my texture packs! 1/11 Setup : Windows: There is minimal setup necessary! A pre-configured ready-to-go version of Dolphin is provided alongside the texture pack. Simply extract the texture pack folder somewhere on your PC and start Dolphin using "Dolphin (Standard Edition).exe" or "Dolphin (Post-Processing Edition).exe", then open up your own obtained GC/Wii game rom of ZTP and play. (These two versions of Dolphin have different benefits, check above for a comparison between Ishiiruka Dolphin and regular Dolphin) It is crucially important that you do NOT move the .exe(s) from the folders they're inside of, or else its likely to cause problems. >>Note: On the post-processing edition (Ishiiruka Dolphin), do NOT use any graphics backend other than Direct3D 11 in the graphics settings, It is the only backend which supports all features and has the highest compatibility and stability of all the options. Also keep in mind that the Post Processing Edition does not support .RVZ, .CISO or .NKIT format roms, only .ISO. Information on how to dump your own game rom legally can be found here. MacOS: 1. Follow the same instructions as those for Windows, except that your "Dolphin Emulator" diretory is called just "Dolphin" on MacOS, and is located inside of /Library/Application Support/ You can use the "Go to folder" option in the taskbar of Finder to navigate to this exact directory using the following address: ~/Library/Application Support/Dolphin SteamDeck: 1. Follow the same instructions as those for Windows, except that your "Dolphin Emulator" diretory is called just "dolphin-emu" on Linux, and is located inside of /home/deck/.var/app/org.DolphinEmu.dolphin-emu/data/ Android: 1. Follow the same instructions as those for Windows, except that your "Dolphin Emulator" diretory is called just "dolphin-emu" on Android, and is located inside of Internal Storage on your device. Use a file manager of your choice to navigate to this location and extact the files there. iOS: The process is very similar to that of Android. However install Dolphin is a bit trickier and will require that you use DolphiniOS , which has it's own installation instructions provided here . NO GAME ROM OR GAME FILES ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS TEXTURE PACK. SHARING GAME ROMS IS PIRACY AND IS ILLEGAL. DO NOT ASK FOR THEM HERE OR ON DISCORD. What are the differences between regular "Dolphin" and the "Ishiiruka Dolphin"? There are two versions of Dolphin you can choose between on Windows. One is Ishiiruka Dolphin , which includes all the post processing effects showcased in the screenshots like ambient occlusion, tone mapping, bloom, material maps and more. The other version is just regular "Dolphin " which doesn't include these features but has some other benefits instead. Ishiiruka Dolphin has some graphical features implemented not available in regular Dolphin. It also requires Windows 7 or higher (only available on Windows ) and a dedicated graphics card . Both versions include controller presets for common gamepads like the "Xinput gamepads", such as Xbox or 8-bitdo controllers, and the custom textures are the same between both versions. Regular Dolphin is much more modern has has fixed some bugs present in Ishiiruka Dolphin (and therefore offers increased stability, and substantially higher performance than Ishiiruka Dolphin) and supports many more platforms, plus it supports PS4/PS5 & GameCube controllers natively without any extra setup necessary, which Ishiiruka does not . On the other hand, regular Dolphin does not support any of the additional graphical features listed above exclusive to Ishiiruka Dolphin , like material lighting for normal maps, customizable tone mapping, ambient occlusion or depth-of-field effects. Both versions look great nevertheless so if you're uncertain I recommend you use regular Dolphin - or try out both and see which one you prefer! The screenshots above were taken using Ishiiruka Dolphin unless its stated otherwise. How can I get 60 FPS? It is not possible to obtain higher than 30 fps natively. However, it is possible to obtain 60 & 120 fps using Lossless Scaling , a tool which can be bought from Steam (I'm not sponsored by them, but I like the tool). The tool is still in beta however, and upscaling artifacts will appear. For a clean image, I still recommend playing the game at the default frame rate without Lossless Scaling. It can interpolate frames in-game to give the appearance of 60 fps or higher, without any of the drawbacks of a cheat code or patch: There will be NO game breaking bugs or glitches using lossless scaling, as it's only active a post processing effect. But as stated earlier, there will be artifacts which may or may not hinder your enjoyment of the game, depending on how sensitive you are to artifacts. Here is some important information about using Lossless Scaling to get higher FPS: * Artifacts may appear when there is lots of sudden camera movements on screen. * The tool costs $6.99 on Steam (a price worth paying in my opinion, since it works for any game) * It is only available on Windows , and does not work on Linux or MacOS currently. * A somewhat modern GPU is required , preferably an RTX or recent AMD GPU. Whether or not it's worth getting is for you to decide! Of course, playing the game in it's intended frame rate is a perfectly good experience as well, so don't feel forced to use this tool to have a good time. These are my recommended settings for Lossless Scaling for Dolphin: NOTICE: YOU MUST ENABLE "BORDERLESS FULLSCREEN" IN THE GRAPHICS SETTINGS > ADVANCED TAB OR IT WON'T WORK! Why is the image grainy? This can be an issue in Ishiiruka Dolphin on some hardware configurations if Ubershaders it NOT set to "Exclusive". Try setting Ubershaders to "Exclusive " in the Enhancements tab of the Graphics Settings and that should fix the problem. W hy do textures take a while before loading in? This occurs in modern Dolphin when "Prefetch Custom Textures" is not enabled. You can enable "Prefetch Custom Textures" in the Graphics Settings > Advanced tab and this will fix the problem (this requires a lot of RAM!) Updating from an older version is su per simple: Just install the new version exactly like you would normally, and this will overwrite the old textures with the new ones from the new version. This won't touch your save data or save states at all, so you can update without fear of losing any progress. If you encounter any issues with the texture pack please post them on Discord ! Enjoy! Download the texture pack (1.0.0d) Want to help contribute to these projects? If so, thank you! Myself and lots of people would greatly appreciate your help making these projects shine even brighter. All contributed work will of course be credited, however not all submited textures might be included in the texture pack if they're not deemed a suitable fit for any reason. You can find the latest changelogs in the Changelogs tab or on our Discord server ! Get Magnifico Pack Welcome to the Yao Pack! [Not the Sushi Container!] What is the 'Yao Pack' you may ask? Well, it's a collection of all my favorite mods, in one modpack! It includes many different technology, adventure and magic mods. If you have played Tekkit Legends, FTB or Tekkit, you will be quite familiar with many of the mods in this modpack! For me and my friends, many of the major modpacks were too massive for us to get into, or changed the game too much to be enjoyable. I planned to solve that with the Yao Pack, by adding smaller and less complex mods (like Quark, for example) to make the transition to mods a bit easier for everyone, without lacking features or mechanics. With over 200 awesome mods, you'll never run out of things to do. It's the ultimate mod pack! Yao Pack includes community favorites such as: IndustrialCraft 2 [A classic tech/industrialisation mod! Auto-Crafting and more!] BuildCraft [A simple mod to get into, but just as cool as many other tech mods. Build huge quarries and let them do the hard work for you!] Steve's Carts 2 [Improve your rails beyond belief and much more!] GalactiCraft [Travel to space!] PSI [Program your own spells!] Tinker's Construct [Make your own custom tools!] EnderIO [Compact conduits, machines, powerful tools and armor and more!] Thermal Expansion [New upgrades, tech and electronic mechanisms!] Iron Chests [Larger chests] Immersive Railroading [Awesome new trains for transportation of all kinds!] XL Food [Over 150 new foods and items!] Applied Energistics 2 [Make storage systems like never before!] Twilight Forest [Explore a whole new dimension with new enemies, biomes and bosses!] Botania [Natural magic!] Quark [A bunch of awesome little tweaks and additions!] Blood Magic [Make powerful spells and items with blood!] Immersive Engineering [Community favorite that adds a bunch of tech-based features and items, with a focus on realism!] Electroblob's Wizardry [Become a Master Wizard!] And also some of my personal favorites! Optifine [Makes the game run better, no cons!] Mekanism [Tons of cool machinery!] Minecolonies [Make your own colony and build up an empire!] JEI and Hwyla [Find items and recipes much faster!] Aether Legacy [An updated version of the original Aether mod which adds a whole new sky dimension to explore and conquer!] ...And many more!
