This is not an issue I've heard of before, and sadly I'm not able to find the solution myself since I don't own the specific kind of gamepad you're mentioning. However, I can make a guess on how to fix it! My guess is that the axis has been wrongly calibrated from the start, since the default controller presets are made for Xbox, Switch and PS4/PS5 gamepads. Therefore, try rebinding all of the appropriate stick inputs in the input settings (including the nunchuck configuration) and see if that makes a difference!10

Yes you can, although the files have been converted to DDS BC7 for the sake of performance and saving storage space as well as bandwidth. You can easily convert the DDS BC7 textures to PNG which are much easier to work with using the Custom Texture Tool by BigHead here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-custom-texture-tool-ps-v49-010
