Majoras mask 3D 4K, music stuttering and fps drops during scene transitions/loading screens.

The music skips when entering loading screens because of fps drops down to 20, although the rest of the game is a stable 30 fps. I downgraded to the 1080P version and it didn't make much of a difference, the only solution for me was to disable the texture pack entirely.
