You need to get the game rom yourself! It is not included for legal reasons :)

60 FPS is coming soon but is still in beta and can softlock in some areas (like when crawling in tunnels). Brightness can be changed by pressing the "HOME" key while in-game and changing the variables in tone-mapping in the settings menu.

I have this same issue, and I'm very confused. I don't know what these "revisions" are or how to access them. I searched Twilight Princess' game properties but couldn't find anything called background blur or paint removal.

This is known as the infamous "texture swapping" or "texture corruption" bug and affects all versions of Citra after Citra Nightly 1691. The only way to bypass the bug is to either downgrade to Citra Nightly 1691, or to disable "Linear Filtering" and any active upscale filters in the Citra Graphics Settings such as "xBRZ Freescale" or "Anime4K", and then restarting the game. Hopefully this is an issue the Citra developers are fixing soon! I'm working on my own permanent fix for the issue as well, but it's not quite ready yet. I'm sorry for this inconvenience! I hope the temporary solution works well enough to suit your needs for the time being.
